The concepts are at the discretion of the management team of the KNAC.

The plan of action, the business plan: the Gameplan!
In my 25 year career I’ve played and/or coached many “games”. During all these “games” for me there always was one most important basic rule: When you forget to prepare, you prepare to be forgotten! The success of almost very game can mostly be measured by the preparation: the Gameplan.
In order to design a good Gameplan, it is necessary to come to a good definition of the challenge and scope of the expectations. Together we prove the potential feasibility. Examples like: where do we find new, potential customers? How do we get to know valuable information about them? What markets are we going to enter and when and how are we going to do that? How do we see our company in the 2.0 or 3.0 version? What (media-) technology do we deploy to achieve the goals?
Together we come to the description of the challenge. After that NewBizz designs the Gameplan as the strategic foundation to face the challenges and advise on the strategy. If desired NewBizz helps with the execution.
The Gameplan is as extensive as the game decides it to be or as we describe it together. Is it a sparring match or a grand finale. While working for Red Bee Media, Leonard has developed the remote Video Referee for the KNVB. By using telco- and media technology the KNVB became enabled to conduct the Video Referee services from 1 single center: the KNVB campus.

Microsoft and KPN succeeded in partnering and marketing the Online Workspace in The Netherlands
With a more than 25 year career at various types of organizations, Leonard has gained a lot of useful experiences.During the 9 years at KPN he experienced the opening up of the telco market for competitors and the rise of internet and mobile data. In various sales roles he was busy with developing his customers within KPN.
After 1 year at at NOB Cross Media he was hunted by Microsoft to join and become the sales director for Microsoft’s top 3 account: KPN. In a matrix company structure, he witnessed Microsoft transforming from a product oriented company to a services seller within 5 years. After a few footsteps in entrepreneurship he could not resist the challenge BrightONE (now CRM partners) gave him and so he learned a lot about digital marketing. When Ericsson offered him a way back in media the temptation was to big to resist. At Ericsson Broadcast & Media services , later on Red Bee Media, he worked in a very competitive market and fought for the deals in the Sports-, Entertainment- and broadcast industry.
Looking at today’s market the convergence of Telecom, Media, Software and CRM services is driven by internet, 5G and IoT. Therefore new opportunities come to the surface that will drive innovation. NewBiz has the enthusiasm, the business network and the experience, next to a strong focus on innovation.
